From being a young girl, I have always wanted to be a hairdresser. I started hairdressing straight from school and joined Norman & Philip as an apprentice.

I enjoy all aspects of my job, but hair colouring is probably my favourite. I love working on different styles and learning new techniques. I also believe in giving back to the younger generation and training the juniors gives me so much satisfaction.

We at Norman & Philip are a very close team of experienced and dedicated professionals. We support each other, share ideas and help one another in busy periods. In this stylish and fashion driven industry, every single day is different and there will always be new styles, techniques and visionary stylists to learn from, keeping the industry alive and thriving. Attending hair shows and competition work makes the salon vibrant and an amazing place to work and grow. 

Being in the hair industry enables us to continually grow and move with the latest styles and trends. We are lucky to have a wide range of clients and personalities coming through our door on a daily basis. Once a new client joins our salon, very rarely they leave and go elsewhere. This for me does not feel like work, but a place where I go to see my friends.

Ineta specialises in all aspects of non-surgical cosmetic treatments such as latest Facials, Carbon Laser Peels, Laser Hair Removal, Body Contouring Treatments and more. With over 7-year experience in the beauty industry, Ineta is a trusted therapist and her customer care is never compromised.

“From an early age, the beauty industry was always a huge interest for me. My enthusiasm for excellence has led me to study beyond my Level 5 Beauty Qualification. This ensures the very best treatments and client experience.

I am a hard worker, focused and well organised. I take my work very seriously and excel in all my treatments. However, facial and body contouring treatments are my favourite as it feels incredible when you are capable of helping people to feel and look more confident about themselves.

During her studies at college, Ineta has been nominated twice as” Student of the term”, has represented Bolton College at ” Inner College Enterprise Competition” and has won 3rd place at” Beauty Competition”.

You will never see Ineta without smile and no matter what treatment you have booked in for, Ineta will ensure you always leave looking and feeling amazing. 

I have only worked at Norman & Philip for a short time, but have been very welcomed into the team. I have been hairdressing since I left school and love all aspects of my work. I have gained many qualifications and experience over the years and I have a real passion for creative colour work and also hair-ups.

I love the vibe in the salon- we all work as a team and often socialise together outside of work. I enjoy teaching my skills to our apprentices and passing my knowledge on gives me a great satisfaction. I continue to learn new skills with training sessions and courses. I really enjoy working in this excellent environment.

I started work here as an apprentice and worked my way up to where I am today. I love my job as no day is the same. The ladies I work with are my family and my clients are my friends. I regularly attend training academies with our leading brand Matrix. 

My passion is colour work as it allows me to change people’s look and make them feel good about themselves.

The atmosphere in the salon is buzzing and everyone leaves feeling great.

I have been working at Norman & Philip for 19 years. Training in the industry and learning skills allow me to be really creative. My passion is colouring- there is something really satisfying about transforming someone’s hair and making them feel good about themselves.

I have also trained our assistants and I really enjoy passing on my talent to others. I enjoy going on courses, learning different techniques and concepts and sharing this to the rest of the staff. I would absolutely love to work with Trevor Sorbie. He really inspires me.

I love the atmosphere in our salon. There is always a really good vibe and the most important thing that we all work as a team.

 

I started working at Norman & Philip as an assistant from school in 1996. I really enjoyed training and learned many skills. I pride myself on offering the best possible customer service. As a senior stylist with a young family, this industry allows me to work around the demands of family life and have now worked part time for the past 10 years. Working well under pressure is where I thrive, but always giving 100% to every client. I have also been involved in training and have been a manager of a Norman & Philip branch over the years I have served.

My passion is cutting, but love learning new techniques on courses and training sessions held in salon. I work with a fabulous team and have made some great friends and memories. I take my inspiration from many celebrity hairdressers. I will continue learning and making more great memories within the company.
